This approach is imperative to ensure a secure vetting process for all individuals who request access to participate in this competition. Our goal is to confirm that all competition participants are indeed first responders or federal law enforcement personnel.
Our goal for Stage 1 is to launch open mini pre-competitions in early 2024 and end this stage by mid 2024.
Our goal for Stage 2 is to have the main competition the finals by in late 2024.
Participants will partake in no-gi competitions to qualify for Stage 2. These competitions aim to simulate real-world scenarios encountered by first responders, federal law enforcement, or military personnel. The goal is to assess and demonstrate the ability to safely and effectively control another or to survive a violent encounter.
Competitors will earn points leading to an overall point total for both competitors which is tracked and submitted. Following the completion the mini competitions, the points will add up for a total score to be used to determine the top competitors for Stage 2.
In order to assist with the day to day operations of this stage competitors will have to pay a small fee for each competition they signup for, the fee is $9.99 per competition.
To qualify for the next stage, all participants must complete a minimum of three competitions. The top three competitors with the highest points in each category at the conclusion of this stage will progress to Stage 2.
In this culminating phase, the top three competitors from each bracket, as determined by their cumulative points over the course of three months, will be duly selected to participate in the ultimate championship. The finals will convene at a singular location and each contest will be broadcast live via the YouTube platform. It is noteworthy that competitors will not be responsible for any financial obligations associated with their travel or registration for this stage, as the funds amassed will be allocated to defray the expenses incurred by the participants during the finals.
The final competition will adhere to the identical scoring system utilized in Stage 1. The finals are scheduled to span a period of two to three days, featuring the best-of-three matches per contest. Distinguished accolades await the triumphant participants, with cash prizes being awarded to the first and second place victors, in addition to other commendations for third and fourth place winners.
